Hot Cross Buns? Yes, please!
I know Easter weekend has been and gone by now, but I couldn't keep my pride to myself for these. Hot cross buns are a typical Easter food, and for a holiday that seems to revolve around food it's a pretty big deal.
Most people prefer to buy their hot cross buns and understandingly so as these took over three hours to make. With three sets of 1 hour proving time as well as the actually making and baking. However, the result is TOTALLY worth the effort and I strongly recommend you making these!
